PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our Pre-wired box has been developed over the years catering to those looking to be more self sufficient while adventuring or living full time on the road. It is expandable from 400Ah-1000Ah of Victron Energy Smart Lithium Batteries. We use a native Victron ecosystem which enables us to utilize advanced programming to enhance communication between all of the components. This increases the charge efficiency and safety of the system.
Whats in the box:
200ah Victron Smart Lithium Batteries (expandable from 400Ah-1000Ah)
3000VA Multiplus
60 amps of DC-DC Charging (720 watts)
50 amps Solar MPPT
Shore power reverse polarity protection
4 AC Breakers
Minimum 12 DC Breakers
Master disconnect
Cerbo Monitoring System
Programmed by a Victron Professional
Each box is tested before leaving our facility
Second Alternator Add On
We work closely with Nations Starter & Alternator and Wakespeed to offer advanced charging directly into your lithium bank. Unlike the typical DC-DC charging options, which can provide up to 720 watts of power without voiding your factory warranty, a dedicated lithium specific alternator can provide up to 3500 watts of power. The intelligent and innovative Wakespeed regulator will ensure that your charge rates are not exceeded providing longevity to your battery bank and will be able to supplement loads directly. You CANNOT use a stock factory alternator to supply directly into a lithium bank, if you do want a lithium specific alternator do not order a vehicle with 2 stock alternators.
Standard Box
Our standard box is made from Black Faced Hex Plywood.
Hardwood Boxes
We offer hardwood edge banded boxes. This means that we adhere actual hardwood onto the hardwood plywood to increase durability and aesthetic. If there is not a wood in our offerings that suits your needs or wants then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. These boxes cannot be purchased through Perfect Fit and are considered a custom solution. The cost of your box will vary depending on material pricing.
INSTALLATION
Box installation can be booked through a Perfect Fit or Campervan HQ sales representative or by contacting info@justroamingdesign.com.
Installation of the box includes:
Shore power hook up with Smart Plug and adapter
Pre wire the solar to the roof including the penetration and marine grade cable entry
Alternator charging hook up with correct overcurrent protection off of the starter battery
AC and DC wires hooked up and tested
Installation of the Cerbo GX touch monitor and programming associated
All systems tested and operational
Cost of Services:
Installation of Pre-wired 12v Box: $2,500
Installation of Pre-wired 12v Box with alternator upgrade: $3,500
